Overview: <br /> We are seeking a highly skilled Research And Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating theoretical complex product and designs into physical processes and prototyping concepts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of R&D Engineers and other stakeholders to develop innovative products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in new product development and prototyping. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend alternatives. The candidate will also be responsible for advising on solutions to issues and problems that arise in new products and processes.<br /> <br /> Day To Day Responsibilities:<br /> <br /> - Translating theoretical complex product and designs into physical processes and prototyping concepts<br /> - Early identification of potential bottlenecks and recommending alternatives<br /> - Recommending improvement of quality of products and processes<br /> - Supporting and advising the development of products and modifications<br /> - Advising on solutions to issues and problems that arise in new products and processes<br /> - Collaborating with R&D Engineers and other stakeholders to develop innovative products and solutions<br /> <br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> <br /> - B.
